How the AI presentation generator works

One prompt in, a finished deck out. There is no outline step, no layout picker, and no blank slide to fill.

  1. 01

    Describe the deck

One prompt: who the audience is, what the deck is about, and the sections you need. No outline to build first and no slide-by-slide setup.

  2. 02

    Zero writes and designs it

Zero drafts the narrative, chooses a layout for every slide, and renders the charts, timelines, and galleries from the material you gave it.

  3. 03

    Direct the result

Ask for a different length, a new section, tighter copy, or another visual direction. The design system holds, so the deck stays consistent as it changes.

  4. 04

    Present or share it

Every deck is a self-contained HTML file. Present it full screen in any browser, or send the link to the people who need to read it.

Presentations teams build with Zero

The templates above cover the decks people actually have to deliver, from fundraising to a Monday business review.

Pitch decks

Seed and Series A stories with market, traction, business model, roadmap, team, and the ask laid out in the order investors read them.

Sales and consulting proposals

Diagnosis, scope, process, proof metrics, and commercials, written for the buyer rather than for an internal audience.

Data and business reviews

KPI scorecards, segment breakdowns, cohort views, and forecasts, with the charts generated from the numbers in your prompt.

Brand and campaign decks

Brand stories, identity systems, campaign concepts, and activation plans with the image galleries and moodboards built in.

Education and training

Curriculum maps, module sequences, sample days, and outcomes for courses, camps, and internal enablement programs.

Keynotes and reports

Annual reviews, research findings, media kits, and platform updates that have to stay readable on a projector and in a shared link.

AI presentation generator FAQ

How does the AI presentation generator work?

You write one prompt describing the audience, the topic, and the sections you want. Zero writes the copy for each slide, picks a layout that fits it, and builds the charts, timelines, and image galleries around your content. The result is a finished deck, not an empty template.

How many slides can it generate?

Between 4 and 20 slides, and 8 if you do not say. Every template in this gallery is a 15-slide deck, but the length comes from your prompt: ask for a 6-slide update or a 20-slide review and Zero builds to that, keeping the structure and design consistent across all 23 styles.

Can I use my own content, numbers, and brand?

Yes. Paste your notes, metrics, or an existing outline into the prompt and Zero writes the deck around them instead of inventing filler. Describe the tone, colours, and visual direction you want and it applies them to every slide.

What format is the finished presentation?

A self-contained HTML deck, hosted at a link. You present it full screen in any browser, and the people you send it to need nothing installed to open it.

Can I use it instead of PowerPoint?

For building and sharing a deck, yes. Zero produces an HTML presentation rather than a PowerPoint file, so there is nothing to email around and no fonts to break on someone else's machine. If your team has to hand over a .pptx, keep PowerPoint for that last step.

Can I change slides after the deck is generated?

Yes. Ask Zero to rewrite a slide, reorder the sections, swap a chart, cut the length, or restyle the whole deck, and it rebuilds from the same brief rather than starting over.

How is this different from a template-based slide maker?

Template tools hand you an empty layout and leave the writing, the structure, and the charts to you. Zero starts from the brief: it decides what each slide should say, which layout says it best, and how the data should be drawn. The templates here are starting points for that, not blanks to fill in.

Zero also generates reports, videos, and websites from the same kind of prompt. See pricing for what each plan includes.
